RETURN POLICY


We hope every piece you order feels just right the moment you try it on! But if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.

A few things to know:

•    We accept returns for store credit only.
•    All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of when your package arrives.
•    Items must come back new, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Pieces with signs of wear, damage, or stains can’t be accepted.
•    Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

Anything in the “One & Only” section or marked down or listed on our sale page is considered final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS


We move quickly to package orders, so if you need to cancel or adjust something, please reach out within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, it may already be on its way!
